How fast can I receive a proposal?
Usually a manager clarifies the brief and returns with a first clear option within the business day. Urgent requests are prioritized: mandatory details come first, optional extras can follow.
Can several services be combined in one request?
Yes. Transfer, chauffeur car, yacht, tickets, flowers, restaurant and private tour can be managed by one manager so the route does not split into separate vendors.
What details are needed for an accurate quote?
Dates, city or route, guest count, preferred service level, start and end time, luggage, special wishes and the responsible contact are enough to begin.
Can I request a service at the last minute?
Yes, but urgency affects available providers and price. We immediately check critical requirements and offer a realistic option.
Who coordinates guests and providers on the event day?
A manager is assigned to the request. They communicate with the client, venue, drivers, providers and guests if that is included in the agreed format.
Do you work only in Georgia?
Belka Travel Concierge has a Georgian office, but services can be arranged for different countries and cities through vetted local partners and one management point.
