Belka Travel Concierge has a Georgian office, but services can be arranged for different countries and cities through vetted local partners and one management point.
What items can be shipped through Art Logistics?
You can request delivery of paintings, graphics, sculptures, antiques, interior pieces, collectible objects, rare books, archives and high-value gifts. Before estimating, the manager clarifies material, dimensions, condition, value and documents.
How fast can I receive a proposal?
Usually a manager clarifies the brief and returns with a first clear option within the business day. Urgent requests are prioritized: mandatory details come first, optional extras can follow.
Can I attach photos and documents to the request?
Yes. The form accepts JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, DOC or DOCX up to 20 MB per file. Photos, invoice, item description and provenance documents help estimate the route and packing faster.
