Concierge approach

Premium concierge service: Bohinj

For every country and city we shape the right service format: transfers, chauffeur cars, yachts, tickets, flowers, private tours and special requests under one point of control.

Local expertise

We factor in airports, districts, seasonality, events and local service rules.

Flexible program

Several services can be combined into one route: meet-and-greet, driver, restaurant, yacht, tickets, flowers and support.

Premium standard

Privacy, reliability, careful communication and clear accountability come first.

How it works

How we turn a request into a delivered service

The process helps the manager collect a precise brief quickly while the client avoids coordinating several providers alone.

1. Brief

We collect dates, route, guest count, service class, budget preferences and limitations.

2. Selection

We check availability, conditions and timing, then prepare options with clear reasoning.

3. Confirmation

We fix details, contacts, meeting points, payment and responsible people for each stage.

4. Support

We control delivery and rebuild the plan quickly when flights, schedules or guest lists change.

Frequently asked questions

Answers that clarify the format, timing and service details before you send a request.

Do you work only in Georgia?
Belka Travel Concierge has a Georgian office, but services can be arranged for different countries and cities through vetted local partners and one management point.
How fast can I receive a proposal?
Usually a manager clarifies the brief and returns with a first clear option within the business day. Urgent requests are prioritized: mandatory details come first, optional extras can follow.
Can several services be combined in one request?
Yes. Transfer, chauffeur car, yacht, tickets, flowers, restaurant and private tour can be managed by one manager so the route does not split into separate vendors.
What exactly can you arrange for an event trip?
We provide access to an existing event: tickets, VIP and hospitality options, together with flights, hotels, transfers and travel support. We do not produce the event itself.
What details are needed for an accurate quote?
Dates, city or route, guest count, preferred service level, start and end time, luggage, special wishes and the responsible contact are enough to begin.
Can I request a service at the last minute?
Yes, but urgency affects available providers and price. We immediately check critical requirements and offer a realistic option.
What items can be shipped through Art Logistics?
You can request delivery of paintings, graphics, sculptures, antiques, interior pieces, collectible objects, rare books, archives and high-value gifts. Before estimating, the manager clarifies material, dimensions, condition, value and documents.
Do I need to know the exact value in advance?
Exact value helps with insurance and paperwork, but an approximate value is enough for the first review. If additional confirmation is needed, the manager will explain what data should be prepared.
